Can I buy a HDB if I own a Condo / Private Properties

Under the HDB regulation, if you are eligible to buy an HDB flat under any of the scheme,  and if you own a condo or private property then you’ll need to dispose  the condo or private property within six months after your completion of the sales of the HDB flat.

The only way to have both HDB flat and a private property is to wait for the 5 year Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of your purchase flat to be over, and then you be eligible to buy another condo or private property.
